Highly recommended is a visit to Tigre and the Delta using the Tren de la Costa (the coastal train), which crosses residential neighborhoods along the river towards the north. Near the Delta train station is an amusement park called Parque de la Costa and the Trilennium Casino. From the station there is also an easy access to the open arts and crafts fair of the Puerto de Frutos. Another alternative is to go on a catamaran ride to see the Delta and its innumerable little islands and have lunch at one of the paradors.
